CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important ✨ Everything is perfectly reserved just for you . Boss Beauty requires a non refundable deposit for each service , the deposit is 50% of your service. I do have a grace period of 10 minutes, if you are not in the treatment room or I haven’t heard from you within 10 minutes. There will be a $10 fee applied and your appointment can be cancelled. Please contact me at 702-530-3480 if you’re running late or need to cancel/reschedule. I do understand schedules adjustments are necessary. Please try to reschedule 48 hours before your service to avoid any fees. No shows will be charged 100% of remaining balance of the service.
